Depends: It sounds as if you and your family are sharing an infectious gastroenteritis. Basically, you probably have the 'stomach flu'. What gets people into trouble with this is they don't drink enough fluids and get dehydrated and hurt their kidneys, or if they get dehydrated and get dizzy when they stand up and pass out and hit their head, etc. It should go away on its own. See a doctor soon.
