No health insurance: Federal, state & local governments have medical & dental options available for those w/o insurance. There are also non-governmental options, too. Health Insurance: In most places in the U.S. It is very easy to get children on both health and dental insurance. There are federal, state, and local public health programs for this. I would bet in tennessee that there are dental clinics that would be available for your child.
