A member asked:

Right eye smaller than left, any medical reasons?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ptosis: The appearance of one eye being smaller than the other is usually caused by one of the upper eyelids drooping a little. This is called ptosis. Usually this occurs in older patients, but can occur in younger people after injury, infection or other causes. If this is significant, you should see your ophthalmologist.
