Nope.: The usual signs of pregnancy would be a missed period, nausea, bloating and perhaps breast and uterine cervix changes. There're many things that can cause painful or large lymph nodes and/or neck pain, if that's what's happening to you, see your doctor. If you're worried about pregnancy, a urine pregnancy test is almost 100% accurate if your period is late.

No: Lymph nodes and neck pain are not signs of pregnancy. If you think you are pregnant, you can do a urine pregnancy test. If you have neck pain and lymph nodes in the neck, see your doctor for evaluation.
