Possibly, but: If the bumps last for several days and sometimes blister, they may be cold sores, or oral herpes. If so, see your doctor and make sure you don't kiss anyone or share utensils. They're very contagious. There is medication to prevent or shorten the outbreaks. Otherwise, it may be from food, so try to avoid the ones that trigger your skin.
