Options: Which part of the tongue burns (i.e. Whole tongue, tip, back, only one side?) this could be related to cervical issues, metals in your crowns if they are new, tooth paste, chewing gum, etc... Many options, but start with anatomy, that is which nerve is involved. You may need a qualified physician to help you rule out causes.
