Morning sickness: Morning sickness can be helped with ginger candies, ginger ale, or ginger tea; vitamin b6; peppermint candies or tea; nibbling on crackers or toast; or smelling fresh lemon, etc. I'm sorry, but this will not help the down's syndrome part. Homeopathy can also help morning sickness, and so can acupuncture.
