NOT REALLY: Alcohol is an antiseptic but weak alcohol is not antibacterial.The alcohol used as antiseptic is ethanol or ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol.Both are effective against wide range of bacteria, viruses and protozoa;fungi.These are only used as antiseptics to wipe the skin and disinfecting surfaces but weak liquor is not effective as antiseptic.
