Not sure: Lots of things can cause someone to feel tired and weak, even when sleeping a lot. Mono & other infections, anemia, medications, alcohol and drug abuse, hypothyroid, diabetes, depression . . . . Enough reasons to see your physician for a thorough checkup. Good luck to you.

Sleep a lot: Agree with dr. Pappas. Also need workup to rule out sleep disorders.
