Counselor: If you are sad or depressed from a loss then you should see a therapist or counselor. Other options would be to talk it out with a good friend or with your pastor/minister/priest etc. In severe cases you may want to see a doctor or psychiatrist for an antidepressant medication. If you are suicidal go to the er of call a suicide hotline.
