Why do i get hard whitehead under feet?

Are you sure: they are "whiteheads?" If you haven't already, please see your doctor to make the proper diagnosis and get the right treatment. It is hard to do that here without seeing them. It would not be common to have pimples on the underside of the feet. Perhaps they are warts or callouses.
