Is dolo neurobion bad for patient with heart problem?

Dolo-Nurobion: Contains a combination of different vitamins, b1, b6, B12 and paracetamol. Available in mexico and can be ordered online in usa. Paracetamol is acetaminophen. Mild analgesic and antipyretic. Not an anti-inflammatory as sold in mexico. No effect on the heart. Do not drink alcohol if you are using this medicine. Acetaminophen doses can't go over 4, 000 grams a day due to possible liver damage.
