Dizziness caused by vision, do i see an opthalmologist?

Perhaps: More likely that you have some dizziness which can distort the vision. While seeing an ophthalmologist is a good place to start, you might also consider an ENT specialist especially if you have tinnitus (ringing in ears) or loss of hearing.
