Psychomotor changes: This is hard to answer with so little info. Of course mood swings cause psychomotor changes, but there are many medical issues that should be ruled out. I would have a pcp do a medical exam and rule out medical issues. Then refer to a psychiatrist if it appears to be mood swings.
