What medications are most commonly used to manage pain?

Many: Acetamenophen, nsaid's (ibuprofen type drugs and aspirin), opiods (narcotics), neurotransmitter altering meds like gaba/lyrica, non opioids like tammadol, and many others. There are non-narcotic meds and even meds that counteract narcotics that are used for pain control (stadol). These medications are all common and used in great numbers.
