Not in these words: If you're an employer, you must be doing well in the realm of social skills -- learning them was tough but it sounds like you made it. You've learned to say nice things & talk about the other person's interests. Perhaps, "i can be a little bit of a character, but i'll do my best to do right by you, and really care about you.
