In moderation: It has a bunch of herbal products that are likely quite safe when used as directed, including ginko biloba, but it has about the same amount of caffeine as a strong cup of coffee. The herbal ingredients, vitamins and amino acids are likely not a problem (although most are unnecessary and not needed in people who have good nutrition), but excessive amounts of caffeine can be harmful.
