See below: You would need to see your doc and have a pelvic exam as discharge usually spell out infection, this can be differentiated by your doctor for proper treatment.

See doctor: It sounds as if you might have 2 things going on. The odor could be a bacterial infection, for which antibiotics would be the treatment. Itching typically implies yeast. A test from the doctor where they look at discharge under the microscope will determine what you have, though they may treat regardless. At 20, you should be tested for stds as well. See doctor and get relief!
