I have very servere low back pain it hurts to raise legs off the floor and to lay down? it also hurts when i get up from a sitted position suggestion

Some thots: Could be you have acquired sacroiliac dysfcn or facet impingement, but cannot exclude disc rupture or protrusion. Definitely see your doctor, and perhaps an osteopathic specialist. This requires diagnosis so treatment can be effective. Otc anti-inflammatory or tylenol (acetaminophen) may ease symptoms, but unlikely to do more.
