I have developed blisters on the back of my throat, but not on my hands and feet? could it still be hand-foot-mouth? i'm also very fatigued.

Not likely: Most likely not. It may be an ulcer or an allergic reaction. This is difficult to diagnos without an exam. You need to see an ent.

See your doctor: Not all that blisters in the mouth is hand foot and mouth disease. There are various blistering disorders that can affect the mouth that can represent a viral or auto allergic condition. See your doctor.

It's always best: In cases such as these to have your primary care physician or an ENT specialist examine you to determine an accurate diagnosis. I'm sure you will feel better both knowing what it is and how best to treat it.
