Somewhat, yes: It it's a healthy thing to not allow your self to be hungry on a regular basis, especially if you like to be as strong& fit as you can be. Keep a good healthy snack with you always in case you are hungry or delayed getting your next meal. This suggestion needs to be used together with good sleep& exercise 3-5 times per week.

Need more data: Stomach aches come and go often.....Especially if your are two hours late for lunch! that being said, a stomach ache that occurs on a regular basis needs to be checked out. Most docs will have about 15-20 questions for you from here. You could always try some otc anti acid meds to see if makes a difference ....The talk to your doctor after about a 2 week trial doing that.
