Try milk: At 20 months old most children have given up formula and are drinking milk. Speak to your pediatrician about how to procede.

Nutrition: At 1 yr, formula changed to vit-d / 4% milk, from 2 yr 2% milk, if growth / weight normal. There are also follow up formulas which can be used up to 2 yr. If you want, start transitioning to vit-d milk; start with 4 ounces once daily for 3-5 days, then twice daily another 3-5 days, then 6, then 8 ounces twice daily. If constipation, give prune juice, extra water, if diarrhea, slow down & restart.
