Yes: There are many treatments available for chronic fatigue syndrome (cfs). The starting point is healthy diet and exercise. Cognitive behavioral therapy has shown benefit. Some medications that are frequently used to treat the condition include olmifon, Provigil other stimulants such as Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and antidepressants. Alternative treatments including acupuncture may help some patients.
