Possibly: Humans are the main reservoir for h. Pylori, and human-to-human transmission is possible. There's some evidence of oral-oral transmission but it's scarce. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=8547533 chances are you both have it by now, anyway.
