See Doc: Sounds like you need antibiotics before it gets any bigger and needs drainage (if not already). Do not wait.

Need to see a doctor: Penicillin allergy shouldn't cause just one bump there. It presents differently. Using protection might not protect you against all std. You would need to see a doctor to check out for std.
