Umm, hard to say.: Heat rash. Viral rash. Allergy rash. Infectious rash. Insect bite. Eczema. Contact dermatitis. The best strategy is to determine the source of the rash then address that specifically. This should be an easy question to pose to your pediatrician, so set up an office visit. Without actually viewing the spots in person, any answer would be but a guess. Your child deserves better than a guess.
