SIJ disfunction: Your problem sounds like classic sacra iliac joint dysfunction. Sometimes laying on you back and pulling you knees into you chest and counting to 10 can help. Inward rotation of the hip can help. You may need to get a massage therapist, physical therapist to do myofascial release. If these do not work or the condition worsens please see your doctor.

Back pain : I would rest the back and hamstrings so upper body exercises can be done for now. If you dont aggravate your back doing them. If you do, stop and take a rest for a week. May take some over the counter advil (ibuprofen) and a hot bath and massage may help relieve the muscle pains. If this does not help see your physician.
