Umm, hard to say.: Skin rashes are most difficult to diagnose without actually examining them. Can you feel the spot? Is it crusted? Ever have it before? Since the area is now raising concern, perhaps it would be wise to have your family md or dermatologist examine. Then specific treatment could be discussed with more accuracy. Pimples, especially if increasing in number poses bothersome questions...
