Thanks for asking!: If you have a tooth grinding habit while sleeping and causing fatique to the jaw muscles, you may feel pressure in the jaw. Ear pressure can be secondary to inflammation of the jaw joint. However there could be other causes. A consultation with an ear, nose and throat physician would be advisable to check the ear symptoms. A consultation with an oral surgeon to obtain a panorex x-ray of the jaw.
