What kind: We need more claification on what type of arthritis you have. There are many types of arthritis that can involve the feet. We need to know which type: is this osteoarthritis? Is this gout? Is this rheumatoid arthritis? Is this inflammatory? Is this mechanical? You best approach is to get evaluated: an examination, imaging studies and laboratory tests. These are the good solutions.
