Controversial: Olive leaf extract has been used for dry eyes with mixed results. Some doctors have personally reported more dry eyes with its use. Some patients swear by it. I usually do not recommend something controversial. Use different tear drops and see which one works best with you. See an ophthalmologist once yearly.
