Yes: If you have any symptoms like fatigue, cough, chest pain, shortness of breath, by all means get it checked out. The differential diagnosis includes restrictive lung disease, congestive heart failure. Pneumonia and malfunctioning stethescope (if no symptoms and all lung fields are involved).
