You shouldn't: Both medications are in the same class called non-sedating antihistamines and are effective for 24 hours. They should not be taken at the same time.

Ok but...: As antihistamines have a high safety margin, you may just end up with dry mouth and perhaps drowsiness if you take 5 times the dose in one gulp. This combination is safe if it works for you.
