What drink is not too sweet so as not to make a toothache worse?

Any sweet drink: You should refrain from acid or sweet drinks of any type. Warm liquids are more soothing.

All sugary drinks: Teeth with small cracks, cavities or open margins around fillings will be sensitive to sweets as well as hot and cold drinks. The same is also true of gum recession. You can try a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, but if that does not work you will need to see a dentist to diagnose and treat your specific problem.

Your priorities?: If you have a toothache, see a dentist to get it fixed. Find out what's wrong and what needs to be done. You should be able to eat and drink whatever you want in comfort and without pain.
