Bypass & Nissen : Doing a bypass after having a nissen is very difficult and considered revisional surgery. Lots of scar tissue from the nissen and your wrap must be undone. Risks of complications like a leak are much higher. Doesn't mean you shouldn't have a bypass. I have done many of these. You just need to go to an experienced surgeon that does revisional bypass surgery.
