Rash: Really should see a doctor since a rash is best diagnosed and treated when it is seen by a physician. Could be hives, contact dermatitis, infection, etc.....

It could be hand eczema, dishydrotic eczema, contact dermatitis, fungal infection, or even more serious infections. Please see your dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management.
