Supportive care : It happens after drowning. No body knows who gets it. It is complication of the drowning process no body could explain well but i think it is. Acute lung injury kind of situation which rarely happens. So if. Drowning happens and patient comes out of that he needs to be closely watched for three days if things get worse then in the hospital it will be treated. With supportve care.
