Hard to say...: If untreated 10 to 15% of women with chlamydia may develop pelvic inflammatory disease (pid). Pid may start developing within weeks to months of infection. Or it may take longer in others.

Pid: Chlamydia does not always progress into pid. Usually untreated std can eventually place one at risk for developing pid. This could several weeks and pelvic pain fever elevated WBC would be apparent
