Idk,depends: It depends on many things- on the type of cancer- slowly growing, fast growing, what is your overall condition, etc. God only knows how long we are going to live for. So, enjoy your life and do the best you can everyday.

Undiagnosed vs....: Untreated. If the cancer is known and not treated survival will depend upon extent of disease and how rapidly it grows and metastasizes. If it is undiagnosed then it will become evident first and then diagnosed. This of course will take more time. Remember that quality of life is always more important than quantity. So either way enjoy your life.
