What are the statistics of people getting oral cancer based on their ethnicity?

Not equal results: Ethnicity based( settle et al . Brawley ) incidence of oropharyngeal incidence is slightly higher in black males than white, shorter survival rate, late diagnosis , prevalence of hpv infections, diet alcohol, tobacco use was attributed for lower survival rate . Med lit what really means equal treatment has not achieved for equal disease . Same disease incidence is less in asians.

Ethnicity does not: Play a role in oral cancer, but asians are more at risk for nasopharynx. Dominent risks are tobacco and alcohol. Viruses associated with nasopharynx (ebstein barr) and oropharynx (human papiloma virus).
