A member asked:

How does a vascular surgeon check you for vaculitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Wrong doc for this: You are much better off seeing a rheumatologist for this problem. I have never met a vascular surgeon who treat systemic vasculitis. The diagnosis is based on characteristic findings seen on arteriography or biopsy.
