Not really: All this depends on why you are delivering at that time. If you have nothing better to do and your pregnancy is normal, delivering then puts your baby at risk of breathing issues and increased risks, such as nicu care, infections, cerebral palsy, etc. But most babies at 35 weeks do fine eventually, so if there is a medical reason (high bp, broken water bag, etc) to deliver, it is safe enough.
