If i took too much african sea coconut what can happen?

Good questions: I checked quite a few sites and found no significant information about African Sea- Coconut herbal mixtures or cough syrup side effects. The active ingredient is Elm 65 mg per 5 ml. However, I can't find cllarification as to whether that is elm bark, slippery elm, etc.

Who knows?: These foreign-made "herbal" concoctions are unregulated, and sometimes don't really contain what they're supposed to contain. It's "buyer beware". If you prefer this to a scientific cough syrup, that's your business. If you're intrigued with "natural healing", get with an evidence-based holistic practitioner in your community.
