Diet and exercise: Drinking water instead of soda or juice can help reduce weight. The healthiest way to lose weight is a healthy well balanced diet and regular exercise. For snacks dont eat sugar filled snacks instead opt for healthy snacks like fruits, vegetables or different kind of nuts which can also give you some energy. Get 7-8 hours of sleep at night. Dont eat upto 2 hours before bedtime. Multivitamin in am.

Not exactly: But you need to drink enough water to get rid of the toxins released as you lose weight. We usually recommend 64 ounces a day plus 8 oz more for each 25 pounds you are trying to lose.

Water.: Water has a few functions here. Adequate water intake facilitates fat metabolism. It also keeps our stomach fuller so we may not get hungry too easily during the day. Water is also beneficial for hydration during weight-loss work-outs.

If fewer calories: Drinking water can help with weight loss if it is substituting for other drinks that contain calories. Drinking water (or plain green tea) before a meal can also fill up the stomach somewhat, and make a person satisfied with a smaller meal. If substituting water for non-fat milk, one would need another source for vitamin d and calcium. However, unsually excessive water-drinking is harmful.

Hunger vs thirst: Drinking more water may help you realize that you are more thirsty than hungry which would cause you to eat less. It may also fill you up so you don't want to eat as much. Just be careful not to overdo it and deplete your electrolytes which would make you feel fatigued and faint.

Many reasons: Drinking water helps at many levels. One we are suppose to be mostly water. The more obese one is, the less water they are and the harder their fat is, which makes it harder to lose. Water helps soften the fat and it becomes easier to lose. Water can fill you up so you won't eat as much. Water is a better hydration than most of the sugary drinks people use.

Yes!: Especially if drunk before and with a meal. It fills you, and you eat less. Also, there may be some truth that your body must boost metabolism, if you drink "cold, " water. This is controversial, but the first statement is not. However, we all should drink two quarts per day! and it will help a diet. This question is the easiest nutritional support advice i can give!
