Hard to tell: It is a wait and see game. If you miss your period take a pregnancy test. Plan b is not perfect.

Sticky Discharge: Sticky discharge after having sex is usually semen and vaginal fluids and/ or lube. You took Plan B appropriately on time (even though most likely well after ovulation) and thus your change of being pregnant is low.
