Think nutrition...: My first thought was anemia, but you say your tests were normal, and they likely checked your blood counts. Fatigue is a common side effect of pregnancy alone, and may be your body telling you to get more rest. But i would say, think about what you're eating. Make sure you're eating a good, varied diet. And make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.
