Is your blood pressue high when a person may be having a heart attack?

It could be: Your blood pressure could be high when you are having a heart attck. It could also be very low when you are in what we call cardiogenic shock.

Yes: It could be high and it could be low, it goes both ways. High blood pressure is one of the main reasons people get heart attacks! once it happen, the BP can fall rapidly if great deal of heart muscle is rendered lost. People can even go in shock and dies. It can happen in a massive heart attack or later if no immediate intervention was obtained.
