No : Uncontrolled graves' disease produces enough adrenaline. Any more would risk significant further morbidity and maybe mortality (outside of usual risk to sky diving).

Bad plan!: Uncontrolled graves' increases your metabolism, heart rate and oxygen requirements! you need to get your thyroid under control before you jump out of a perfectly good aircraft!
