Appetite suppression: Yes, there are appetite suppressants that can be prescribed -- but can also aggravate other symptoms. I believe you wrote about having been on adipex previously. Other possible helps could be topomax and metformin -- not really "appetite suppressants" but may help with weight gain. Best of all is for you to increase activity and review your foods carefully with a nutritionist. Be well.
