See Obstetrician!: Preeclampsia presents with headache near your due month - and can be very dangerous for both mom and baby. Please see your obstetrician asap! if that dire pregnancy complication is excluded, then Acetaminophen (tylenol) is safe to take for pain control during pregnancy.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Tylenol (acetaminophen) is really the only safe thing that you can take at this time in your pregnancy.
